We buy or sell a house maybe once a decade? Rick Wright has deep experience in real estate, and he brought it to bear on the sale of our home. He helped us price the house, advised us on what to expect with walk-throughs, and deftly guided the final negotiations. He used technology tools that kept us informed about who was coming to the house and for what purposes, and he made our online listing shine. Sometime in the next decade when we're in the market again, we're looking forward to having Rick by our side again.

Rick was excellent to work with. He was very responsive and helped ensure our house was ready to put on market. He was instrumental in navigating the multiple offers we received in the first 24 hours it was on the market and ensured we had all the right information to make the right decision for us. From the day we contacted him concerning selling our house to the day we closed he was always available and helpful.
